Concierge service is an in-home option for patients who prefer care at home, have limited mobility, or simply enjoy the convenience of your provider coming to you. We can come to your home for hearing tests, diagnostics, treatment support, and ongoing care. Concierge visits are scheduled by phone only.

$100 travel fee, credited toward your treatment if you pursue care. Concierge service is not covered by insurance.

Concierge in-home audiology service is commonly available in Lakeway, Steiner Ranch, Westlake, Cedar Park, Austin, Bee Cave, and surrounding areas.
We may also serve patients outside these areas on a case-by-case basis. Please call for more information and to confirm availability.

In severe or complex cases, we may request that patients come into the office for additional testing or care.
